Who we are (Data Controller)

The data controller is SELL OUT EVENTS LTD, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 16969547, incorporated on 16 January 2026), with its registered office at 1394 Ashton Old Road, Manchester, England, M11 1JX. CROSSY is an event brand promoted by Sell Out Events Ltd.

What we collect

• Details you give us on the sign-up form: your email address, mobile phone number, and the tour dates and cities you are interested in.
• Technical and usage data collected automatically: your IP address, device and browser information, and identifiers set by cookies and tracking pixels.

How we use your data, and our lawful basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box and submitting the form. We use it to:

• send you presale access, presale codes and ticket information for CROSSY: The Breakthrough;
• send you marketing by email and SMS about this tour and other events organised or promoted by Sell Out Events Ltd;
• measure and improve the performance of our advertising and this website.

You can withdraw your consent at any time: click the unsubscribe link in any email, or reply STOP to any text message. Withdrawing consent does not affect any processing carried out before you withdraw it.

Email & SMS marketing

By signing up you are opting in to receive marketing communications from Sell Out Events Ltd by email and SMS. We send these only where you have given consent, and every message includes an easy way to opt out.

Cookies, tracking pixels & advertising

This website uses cookies and similar technologies, including marketing and analytics tracking pixels such as the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API, to understand how visitors use the site, to measure the performance of our advertising, and to show you relevant ads on third-party platforms. Who we share it with

• authorities or professional advisers where we are legally required to do so.

International transfers

Some of our providers (for example Meta) may process data outside the UK. Where this happens we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as you remain subscribed and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet our legal obligations, after which it is securely deleted. If you unsubscribe, we keep a minimal record of your opt-out so that we continue to respect your choice.
